The iconic and tmeless Grand Prix chair created by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen was presented for the first time in 1957, both in the design Museum of Copenhagen and in the XI th Triennale of Milan were it won the most distinguished price : "The Grand Prix", from were it was renamed.The elegant chair is reissued either with chromed or wooden legs. Its extremly refined design is made of one single plywwod piece, its "unique"minimalist and enveloping backseat, is following the shape of the lombaries and shoulders.
