The sideboard #26 is an iconic piece of furniture with a large storage capacity combining a set of 6 drowers and 2 shelving storages. Created in 1959 by famous Danish designer Arne Vodder, this piece has become, since then, a classic embodying the mid-twentieth century Scandinavian design.

World-renowed Danish designer - student and later partner of legendary Danish designer Finn Juhl - created a range of iconic storage furniture. The collection has been relaunched and is now proposed in oak or walnut. Vodder's pieces are elegantly simple, crafted out of natural materials.

Sideboard #26 is an elegant piece of furniture, in which form and material create a synthesis, offering a unique functionality and a beautiful simple expression.

It offers a soft modernism with smooth clean lines, organic curves and the flawless craftsmanship. The organic cabinet-making pattern, on the drawers, is as much refined as pratical, with an easy grip. The curved lines display a skillful symmetry which contrasts with the smooth surface of the doors.

The assembly is supported by 4 fine metal legs with wooden pads.

The whole of the drawers and shelves creates a practical and efficient storage for tableware, linen, clothes, etc. Its simple but efficient design will fit in a kitchen, a bed room or a reception area.
