The PH 5 MINI was the result of Henningsen’s tireless mission to create the ultimate glare-free pendant, and features his remarkable three-shade system for mostly ownward-directed light. The design eliminates glare, creating an inviting ambience focused, above all, onhuman comfort.Whether lit or not, the pendant brings timeless elegance to diverse interiors, with the warm, mirror-like copper finish elegantly reflecting its surroundings.

 


The system is based on a logarithmic spiral, with the focal point of the light source at the center, thus generating diffuse and glare-free light.

 

Most of the light is reflected downwards against the aluminium shades, and a smaller percentage is guided towards the sides, lighting up the lamp itself.
