Design Hans J. Wegner, 1950

The CH23 chair was designed at the same time as the famous CH25 armchair for Carl Hansen. Qualified as a classical chair at first his production ends to give more space to the more modern chairs wich had a bigger succes.

Today its beauty of a light mixture of straight and round lines still give us a fzeling of a certain classical danish design that reassure but as far has not getting old.
