he 8000 series haVE been a design icon since 1981.

The furniture is based on a unique and patented production technology without the use of screws and dowels, which makes the furniture incredibly strong and very flexible despite its low weight. The stool has been part of the education of many Danes in schools and institutional interiors.

In 2021, Magnus Olesen brought back the 80's by relaunching the iconic 8000 series stool in 9 new colors - all in lacquered beech. The colors of the lacquered stools are the designers' hand-picked colors.
