Kelim Untitled designs transmigrate Alain Biltereyst's paintings onto rugs, juxtaposing contemporary urban iconography with craft skills handed down from generation to generation. Meticulously hand-woven from pure New Zealand wool using the nomadic technique of flat weaving. Kelim, playing with form, colour and perception of positive and negative space.
