Design Finn Juhl, 1953 : Bench / Table comes in three lengths: 112, 170 and 225 cm. Using walnut, teak, oak, Oregon pine or black linoleum with a burnished steel frame and wooden toes.
The bench / table comes with matte polished brass edges. In addition, the bench is available with a foldable upholstered cushion in fabric or leather.

In the early 50’s Finn Juhl extended is influence to the US. During his visits in America he designed a range of furniture with metal frames, inspired by the American designers he discovered.
The danish designer decide to organize an exhibition to present his work around North America. He travelled through 22 cities between 1954 and 1957. The show was a success 650,000 visitors came to see the masterkraft of the danish designer. This exhibit was also the first time the bench was presented. After the exhibition the Bench / Table became extremely popular in auctions all over the world, because of it’e elegant and timeless lines.
