The table was born from the collaboration between three renown scandinavian designers; Piet Hein, Arne Jacobsen and Bruno Mathsson. The elliptic tabletop created by Piet Hein borrows his favorite shape, that one at first created to resolve some trafic problems for the sweedish motorway is the perfect combination of the rectangle and the circle it is "the Super Ellipse".The legs made of flare steel branches were created by Bruno Mathsson and the other version, shaker, by Arne Jacobsen.

The table is offered in a large range of dimensions, in some can be extendible with 2 extentions included.
The laminated tabletop is proposed in various standard or special shades and a veneered walnut wood version.
The legs come in three diferent finishes.
