SUSPENSION CLAM
The Clam suspension is an interpretation of a shell housing a pearl. In this case, the pearl is a source of light. The lamp was first presented on the Danish TV show Danmarks næste klassiker in 2019, where it was chosen as the winner in the lighting category. In this show, the contestants had to design a hanging lamp that could be placed above a dining room table.

Designed in 1952, the Cow Horn chair is the immediate sequel to the round PP501/PP503 chair that marked Wegner's career. The continuity of form and philosophy is obvious, but the chair was designed for a different purpose. Wegner created a smaller chair that slides easily under the table, making it more suitable for the dining room as a whole.

TABLE BASSE NO 7 en BOIS
